We are so excited to be back in the office and can’t wait to see our wonderful patients! Providing a safe environment for our patients and our team has always been a top priority. In the wake of COVID-19, we have become even more stringent in our infection control standards. So, you may notice a few changes around the office. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these changes by reviewing our new procedure for appointments.
Scheduling:
You will be sent a screening questionnaire via email to complete and submit within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
We have limited appointments available due to reduced capacity guidelines. Please help us by honoring your appointment time.
Arrival:
In order to maintain social distancing, we ask that adults and teens come inside the office unaccompanied. Minors can be accompanied by one adult guardian.
The waiting room will be closed.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Bring a mask and hand sanitizer with you if you have them.
When you arrive, please call us at 205-981-2994, and a member of our team will meet you at your vehicle to take and record your temperature (note: we can only admit patients with temperature of <99 degrees Fahrenheit.).
Stop by the sanitizing station on your way in and sanitize your hands.
Dismissal:
At the end of your appointment, you will walk unaccompanied through the checkout area.
If payment is due, a team member will take your payment. If paying by card, then the team member return the card and receipt to you in your vehicle.
